What this companion does with information.
Cove questions
Your question is sent to the server to produce the current answer. The app sets store: false for OpenAI generation and does not write a chat transcript to D1.
Help requests
The request text, category, priority hint, status, timestamps, and a generated reference are stored in D1. Do not include names, reservation details, codes, payment data, or health information.
Manager access
An explicitly allowlisted ChatGPT identity is required before the manager PIN is checked on the server. A successful second-factor sign-in creates an HttpOnly, SameSite session cookie; the app stores a salted PIN hash and version rather than the PIN itself. Failed attempts are throttled.
External handoffs
Maps, rental tools, stores, booking, and Lake123 links open separate services with their own privacy practices. Referral links may carry publisher, campaign, and placement identifiers.
Private resort records
Signed waivers, payment information, unit access, reservation records, and operational records are not copied into this companion.
